The menisci are fibrocartilaginous structures that play a crucial role in knee stability and cartilage protection. Meniscal lesions represent the most common injuries major reason for patients undergoing surgery. Along with development of arthroscopic techniques, partial meniscectomy, as less invasive procedure removes only damaged part meniscus, became gold standard in treatment meniscal lesions.
